Located in Krog St Market, Suzy Siu’s Baos offers Asian Steamed Baos filled with delicious meats and local vegetables along with a selection of Japanese Ramen Bowls. This includes the Roasted Pork Belly Bao, which was recognized as a “100 Plates Locals Love” by the Georgia Tourism Bureau. Other offerings include Baos filled with Korean BBQ Beef and Spicy Korean Fried Chicken, as well as roasted and fried local and seasonal vegetables. Side dishes are fun and creative and include Korean Street Corn and Mapo Tofu fries which are a play on poutine.
